Wrought Iron Angle Brackets- How an Idea Became our Business. Here is our Story!

It all started when we wanted to add a nice counter top to our side porch. The counter top part was easy, but finding two iron angle brackets to support the counter top was another story.

Sure, the big box hardware stores carried a slew of angle brackets of all types and sizes, but, they were cheap looking and flimsy. Too flimsy and cheap for this awesome counter top.

So, my husband walked down the street to our neighbor, Jon. Now, Jon is this wonderful craftsman who designs and actually makes Rat Rods, boats and all kinds of amazing things. I believe my husband just wanted to get information from Jon on where he could find quality angle brackets. But, Jon is one of those creative and skilled guys who says, “Just make your own”.

Well, my husband came home telling me that Jon challenged him to make his own brackets and gave him all the information, knowledge, and even the tools to make the wrought iron angle support brackets. Now, my husband who had been in the construction business for many years, and who is creative and skillful himself, accepted the challenged. And, when he showed me the best heavy duty and most beautiful brackets that I had ever seen, all I could say was, “Wow, I think you have a product here!”
